Founder of 1MillionStartups\, she champions startup visibility towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals. Since founding Brainswork Group in 2005\, Selma has launched numerous brands\, supported 400+ startups\, and advised global investors. Her influence spans creative industries\, startups\, and business angel ecosystems\, notably in Austria and Europe. Co-founder of Austrian Angel Investors Association\, Selma holds leadership roles in European and global angel networks. Recognized with prestigious awards\, her innovative approach and commitment to social change inspire positive impact globally.\nNiki founded Innospiration GmbH in 2020. His solgan is: Innovation by Inspiration. This motto reflects his attitude for change\, reorganisation\, digitisation and innovation per se. In his new venture he is focusing on application of blockchain\, new digital business models and his fondness for startups and young entrepreneurs. Before starting Innospiration he was managing director in his family owned company\, Compass-Gruppe\, a major publisher of b2b business information services. Niki managed the transformation of a now more than 150 years old company from pure print business to fully digital in the early 90s. With over 20 investments as an angel\, he supports diverse ventures\, drawing inspiration from exchanges with people and their ideas.\nAngela has an MSc in finance and international business. She’s an investor\, board member\, and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in international business development\, investment banking\, and VC with a passion for gender inclusion. Angela is the former Managing Director of Astia Angels\, a Silicon Valley-based VC investing in companies with women leaders\, founder of Sixer\, a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs raise capital to expand internationally\, and founder of WIN\, an organization dedicated to empowering women to learn to invest and become angel investors. She is the Founding Partner of WIN Ventures\, an investment company that enables women to invest together in high-growth tech enterprises\, and currently leads Tech Nordic Advocates Norway. Angela has also been a guest lecturer at Cambridge University\, OsloMet\, and Kristiania University.\nBrigitte is the Founder of Go Beyond Early Stage Investing\, facilitating angel investing for a diverse range of investors through its platform and expertise. With a background spanning over 20 years in technology markets across the US and Europe\, she held executive positions at iWORLD Group\, American Express\, and Gemalto. Brigitte is recognized for her contributions to angel investing\, receiving accolades like The European Investor of the Year and being listed among Europe’s Top 50 influential women in startups. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
